TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Payment for Accommodation will be processed 14 days prior to arrival.

If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A booking is confirmed once payment of the required $200 deposit or full accommodation fee has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

The person making the booking must be at least 21 years of age and is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where incorrect information has been provided, payment cannot be processed, or these Terms are breached.

By booking accommodation via this means, acceptance and agreement to this Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy is assumed.
