Travel Insurance

We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by various means.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Payment for Accommodation will be processed 14 days prior to arrival.

If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Peak Periods (inclusive dates)

• 20th December 2024 to 12th January 2025
• 17th to 20th April 2025
• 19th December 2025 to 11th January 2026

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Payment for Accommodation will be processed 30 days prior to arrival.

If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest.

By booking accommodation via this means, acceptance and agreement to this Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy is assumed.

If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited
